Why isn't ModuleQ sending me news about Organizations that I've communicated with before?

Based on your Outlook activity, ModuleQ will identify different Organizations you communicate with and will send you news about them. There are a few reasons ModuleQ may not identify an Organization you've communicated with as a priority for you.

You may have not communicated with any external organizations within the last month.

ModuleQ has a 60 day window of Outlook activity that it will refresh each day. It looks 30 days back and 30 days forward to understand who you have recently been communicating with (past emails and meetings), and who you are planning to communicate with (upcoming meetings). This helps ModuleQ learn who your Organizational priorities are.

Tip: If you are in a role that does not require you to communicate directly with customers, you can manually add Organizations you'd like to receive news about to your Profile. This is done by going to your Profile and clicking the Add button in the top-right corner as seen below. Type in the Organization name of interest and click Add. You will now begin receiving news about them in ModuleQ!

New Profile-1

ModuleQ may not know about that Organization quite yet.

ModuleQ has a large database of Organizations, both big and small. However, there are some organizations that ModuleQ hasn't encountered yet within our user base that may not be known in our system.

While browsing through the Organizations section of your Profile, if you notice any Organizations who instead of the full Organization name it is their email, e.g. "lseg.com," then that means we most likely don't have them in our database.

If you are scheduled to meet with an organization that we don't have in our database, you will receive a Pre-Meeting Briefing stating that we don't recognize the organization.

Tip: If you discover ModuleQ doesn't identify one of your Organizations, please email customer@moduleq.com and include:

  • Company Name
  • Company Website URL
  • Company Email Domain (e.g., @refinitiv.com)
