Troubleshooting issues with white screens during authorization.
If you end up getting a whitescreen while authorizing either your Microsoft 365 of Salesforce accounts, there are a few steps you can take to fix the issue.
- Try clearing your cookies and browser cache.
- Open up a private browsing window and launch teams there.
- Clear Your Microsoft Teams cache for MacOS/Windows apps as shown here: https://sysadmin-central.com/2021/04/28/how-to-clear-the-microsoft-teams-cache/.
- If all else fails, try restarting your computer.
