Why can't I connect my Microsoft 365 account when using New Microsoft Teams?

If you have switched to the New Microsoft Teams desktop app, you may experience a loop when trying to connect your Microsoft 365 account to the ModuleQ app. This is a known bug and Microsoft's solution is to have your Edge browser updated to the latest version. Updating your browser may be controlled by your organization, though. 

To get around this loop, open Teams in your preferred browser, locate your chat with ModuleQ, and connect your Microsoft 365 account in your browser. After successfully connecting your Microsoft 365 account, you can return to the Teams desktop app to finish the onboarding process.
