Why am I receiving messages from ModuleQ to reconnect my Microsoft and/or Salesforce account?

Every so often, ModuleQ will ask you to re-authenticate your Microsoft 365 and/or Salesforce account when the original authorization token expires. The process takes less than 2 minutes. When you see the below message come through your ModuleQ chat, you'll want to be sure that you reconnect so there is no interruption to the content you receive.
