Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Login

Making sure your Teams client is up-to-date will often solve unusual login challenges.

In many organizations, there are strict security policies in place for Teams and third-party bots/apps (like ModuleQ) that require the latest version of Teams to be running and installed. 

In order to ensure your Teams environment is the latest (and greatest!), you can manually download updates by selecting Check for updates on the Profile drop-down menu on the top right of the app. If an update is available, it will be downloaded and silently installed when the computer is idle.

NOTE: If your Teams environment doesn't update straight away, note that the update will silently install when the computer is not being used. Alternatively, you may be able to quit Teams and re-open which may result in a quicker updat.e
