Pre-Meeting Briefings

One hour before your call, Pre-Meeting Briefings deliver a summary of the most recent and relevant news about the organization you're about to meet with.

Q PMB

When you have a meeting with someone from an external organization, you will receive a Pre-Meeting Briefing from ModuleQ one hour before the call. The purpose of these briefings is to ensure that you are informed on the latest news about their organization.

If your organization has internal resources that might be valuable to a customer-facing individual, they can be integrated into the Pre-Meeting Briefings. These include but are not limited to account insights, internal research, marketing collateral, and other relevant sources.

The Goal: Pre-Meeting Briefings deliver targeted insights about your customers in order to best prepare you for your upcoming meeting with them. The Pre-Meeting Briefing gives you time back in your day and conversation pieces that you can use in your meetings based on their recent news.
