Only email and calendar metadata are fetched and persisted in ModuleQ's system, encrypted both at rest and in transit. Metadata about emails and calendars will be stored on the ModuleQ service, but ModuleQ does not store the content of emails or calendars. All data resides within the customer's tenant.
The data is used to identify your business priorities. Your business priorities and interests will be used to recommend relevant and timely news articles to you in daily news updates. Data gathered about your behavior will be used to improve recommendations and other parts of ModuleQ's service. For more details, review ModuleQ's Privacy Policy located on the website.
Note: You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently delete any metadata that the ModuleQ service has previously stored. To delete your account, type delete into the Chat with ModuleQ, and your data will be removed.
